- Build trust with leaders across sourcing, operations, planning, and supplier facing functions
- Surface workflow gaps, translate business pain points into practical solution roadmaps, and align the right internal experts
- Develop business cases, success metrics, and phased plans that help stakeholders prioritize investments
- Translate operational needs into business cases, practical use cases, and measurable success criteria
- Keep cross functional initiatives moving by coordinating technical, delivery, and customer facing teams
- Monitor progress, remove blockers, and maintain alignment between business goals and solution execution
- Track adoption, outcomes, and executive feedback to expand the footprint of successful programs
- Represent the voice of the customer internally while helping shape repeatable solutions for broader enterprise use
- 5+ years in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing operations, consulting, or enterprise account leadership
- Experience working with enterprise systems that support sourcing, supplier collaboration, spend visibility, or operational execution
- A strong understanding of how large organizations evaluate priorities, approve initiatives, and measure success
- Ability to move comfortably between strategic conversations and day-to-day coordination
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Communicate with credibility, simplify complex ideas, and influence stakeholders without relying on direct authority
- Comfort operating in fast moving, cross functional environments with multiple decision makers
Nice to Have

- Exposure to modern data, automation, analytics, or AI enabled platforms
- Familiarity with supplier ecosystems, procurement processes, and business transformation initiatives
- Experience helping customers move from discovery through rollout, adoption, and expansion
