Account Executive Hybrid in Tacoma, WA An established and rapidly growing environmental services organization is expanding its footprint in the Pacific Northwest and is seeking a high energy Account Executive to accelerate market growth across the Tacoma region.
Identify and secure new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, referrals, networking events, and in person meetings.
Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or territory sales. Track record of generating net new business and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Comfortable with high volume outbound activity and in person prospecting.

- Hybrid model based in Tacoma, WA.
- Initial ramp period of approximately one to two months with increased in office presence for onboarding, product training, and field shadowing.
- Long term structure transitions to approximately one day per week in office with the remainder spent in the field or working remotely.
- Regular on-site client visits throughout the territory are expected.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Identify and secure new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, referrals, networking events, and in person meetings.
- →Develop and execute a territory growth strategy focused on expanding market share and revenue generation.
- →Conduct consultative needs assessments and present tailored service solutions aligned to client requirements.
- →Prepare proposals, manage pricing discussions, negotiate service agreements, and close new contracts.
- →Maintain an active, qualified pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting.
- →Utilize CRM tools to document outreach activity, meetings, proposals, and performance metrics.
- →Coordinate closely with finance and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service implementation.
- →Represent the organization at industry events and stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.
- →Transition closed accounts to the Account Management team while maintaining strong client relationships during onboarding.
Requirements

- Comfortable with high volume outbound activity and in person prospecting.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and track performance metrics.
- Self-motivated, organized, and disciplined with the ability to manage time effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Valid driver license and ability to travel locally within the assigned territory.
