Carrier Sales Representative -- Corporate Office -- Covington, KY

• →Collaborates with Carrier Sales Team Leads & Carrier Sales Manager to cover unassigned shipments for their perspective team.
• →Carrier Sales Representatives will engage with carriers daily via phone with the expectation of have 2.5 hours of talk time daily. 
• →CSRs will be assigned coverage responsibilities by the Carrier Sales Team Lead. They will have ownership in ensuring coverage for all assigned shipments.
• →The Carrier Sales team will work together to ensure freight is being covered in advanced with the priority focus of hitting 80% prebooked for the following day.
• →CSRs have the weekly expectation of covering 50 shipments.
• →CSRs will be fully accountable for the shipments they cover, ensuring excellent customer/carrier service for BM2 clients. They will be directly responsible for dispatching each shipment they cover and follow the BM2 standard protocols.
• →Carrier Sales Representatives will understand the Carrier Sales Department goals and works together with co-workers to help achieve the team goals.
• →Carrier Sales Representatives must maintain the four core principles of the BM2 culture. Win the Day, Professionalism, Excellence Only, and Trust the Process. 
• →Performs other duties as requested.

• $45,000 - $50,000 base salary + commission
• Paid parking
• Monday – Friday 8 AM - 5 PM weekly schedule
