Who we are

A world where complexity is the only constant demands a new breed of company. Brave Bison is a different beast: a media, marketing and technology company purpose built for the digital era.

Our universe is made up of award-winning business arms Brave Bison, Engage, SocialChain and MTM. And we’re underpinned by leading marketing training practice, MiniMBA, as well as our very own social-first media network who deliver monthly views in the billions for some of the biggest channels in sport and entertainment across YouTube, Snap, Meta and TikTok.

We’re a global collective who live and breathe digital, working with some of the boldest brands in the world to capitalise on the complexity that defines the modern marketing landscape.

Our mission

New platforms, new behaviours, new audiences, new trends, new technologies, new regulations—our clients’ worlds get more complex daily. Their agency partnerships shouldn’t. It’s our job to cut through the chaos, make the complex simple and navigate a clear path to growth for them.

That’s why we make it our mission to capitalise on complexity for our clients—across consultancy, capability and execution—by crafting dynamic digital solutions that outpace tomorrow’s challenges.

Our values

We’re a proudly diverse business comprised of deep specialists across media, marketing, training and technology. Although our skills, backgrounds and beliefs may differ, we are united by four core shared values:

              Bold Curiosity.

We run at change and challenge convention because we love to push the boundaries of what the world thinks is possible. We champion discovery, go deep into our clients’ worlds and are always hungry to learn more about them, our specialisms and each other.

              Connected Clarity.

We are focused in our collaboration — joining the right dots between our clients, our partners and our herd of experts to deliver agile solutions at speed and scale. We set a shared ambition from the outset, are transparent at every stage and always strive to make the complex simple.

              Positive Encouragement.

We want to make working with us the best part of someone’s day. We lift one other up, find the fun in the day to day and are committed to ensuring everyone belongs.

              Constant Impact.

We believe in outcomes over outputs. We’re goal orientated, results driven and data-led. We show up with passion every day. And we’re always honing our craft.

MiniMBA

MiniMBA was founded in 2016 by Professor Mark Ritson to make MBA-level marketing education accessible, practical and transformative, without the time or cost of a traditional two-year MBA.

It has since trained more than 40,000 marketers across dozens of countries, built a genuinely respected alumni community, and formed partnerships with organisations including ADWEEK and The Marketing Society.

2027 brings a new wave of shorter, lower-price-point course electives alongside the core programmes, opening up new buyers and a new stage of growth for the business.

The team

You'd be joining a small, established and successful sales team, several of whom have been part of the MiniMBA story for years, working closely alongside the Commercial Director who leads from the front.

The role

This is a new role, created to drive MiniMBA's new, shorter, lower-price-point course electives launching in 2027. The strategy and research are already done, and a strong line-up of well-known marketing authors is on board, so this role is about owning execution: high-volume, high-energy selling across the whole market.

You'll be proactive, as well starting from a warm pipeline, you will build your own pipeline, working alongside a wider sales team who'll also be selling the new courses into their own accounts. Over time, there's real scope to own the whole new course sector and potentially lead a team as it grows.

What you'll own

  • Build and run a structured, high-volume pipeline from day one, prospecting at pace across marketing, learning and development, and adjacent buyer types.
  • Be the main driver of MiniMBA's new-course revenue, working alongside a wider team who each carry a smaller new-course number of their own.
  • Build relationships with the decision-makers who buy short, applied business education, and become the person the team turns to on how these courses sell.
  • Help shape how MiniMBA takes a growing portfolio of new courses to market as it scales through 2027 and beyond.

What we're looking for

  • A proven high-volume B2B new-business seller, used to short sales cycles and comfortable building your own pipeline from scratch.
  • A consistent track record of hitting target.
  • High energy and drive: a self-starter who can run outbound at real pace.
  • Existing access to the market, marketing, learning and development, or similar buyers, so you can start generating pipeline quickly.
  • A professional, collaborative style, comfortable working alongside an established sales team.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling short courses, training or other lower-price-point products.
  • An existing network of marketing contacts.
  • Experience taking a new product or launch to market.
  • A SaaS or inside-sales background with structured qualification.
  • An appetite to own a sector and grow into leading a team over time.

Why this role matters

New courses are where a meaningful share of MiniMBA's future growth is expected to come from. The strategy, the research and the content are already in place; this is the role that turns that into revenue, and there's a genuine path to owning the sector as it grows.
