Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client questions, project updates, and ongoing needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders, timelines, and expectations are met.
  • Follow up on quotes and opportunities to move business forward.
  • Build long-term partnerships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
  • Account Management or Sales Experience – Background in B2B sales, customer relationship management, or inside sales.
  • Strong Communication Skills – Comfortable speaking with clients and managing follow-up.
  • Organization and Follow-Through – Ability to manage multiple accounts and stay on top of details.
  • Goal-Oriented Mindset – Motivated by performance and earning commission.
  • Industry Experience (Preferred) – Experience in stone, construction, or building materials is a plus.
