Your Impact
Join our mission as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to empower modern builders with the tools they need to construct smarter, more sustainable buildings. You are the catalyst for change, sparking conversations with forward-thinking prefab and modular construction teams, demonstrating how Building Swell can revolutionize their projects. Your role is crucial in weaving the fabric of our client relationships, ensuring they are supported and understood from the very first interaction. Here’s how you’ll make a difference:
- Tailor outreach strategies that resonate with our clients’ values and needs.
- Engage with potential clients through personalized emails, calls, and social media.
- Collaborate with internal teams to fine-tune our approach based on real-world feedback.
- Commit to a journey of continuous learning, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to our clients.
- Aim to surpass monthly targets, in numbers and the quality of relationships and opportunities created.
Your Opportunity
- Passionate about transforming the construction industry through technology.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales development or related roles in tech or construction tech environments.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build relationships.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools.
- Always looking for ways to improve, with an interest in new tools, techniques, and industry trends.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
