But if you can build trust fast, protect existing relationships, and turn a warm book into a growing pipeline—you’ll do very well here.

The Opportunity (Read This Twice)
This position comes with an established book of business—active relationships, warm accounts, and a platform to start producing immediately.
But don’t mistake that for “order-taking.”

At Triad Roofing Company, we want an Account Manager who can own relationships, create opportunity, and grow revenue—not someone who waits for the phone to ring.
You’ll manage existing accounts and develop new business inside and outside that portfolio. The right person will expand wallet share, uncover problems clients didn’t realize they had, and keep Triad positioned as the clear solution.
Compensation (Performance Gets Paid)

  • Base salary + commission
  • On-track earnings (OTE): $100,000+
  • High performers earn more—your income is tied to results, not tenure.

  • Confident and relationship-driven (without being passive)
  • Comfortable leading conversations with decision-makers
  • Able to manage multiple opportunities at once

Requirements (Keep It Real)
  • Proven ability in outside sales, account management, or relationship-based business development
  • Comfortable with in-person selling, jobsite/roof visits, and speaking with decision-makers
  • Strong follow-up and pipeline management habits
  • Roofing or construction experience is a plus (commercial preferred), but not required for the right producer
