Marketing & Business Development Manager

Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Marketing & Business Development Manager for a leading manufacturing company located in Nablus, Palestine. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities locally, regionally, and in export markets. Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans to increase market share and drive revenue growth. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions and product positioning. Lead go-to-market planning and commercialization of products, ensuring strong market positioning and alignment with commercial and marketing objectives. Track performance metrics, analyze results, and recommend improvements. Act as the technical counterpart for marketing agencies, managing relationships and ensuring technical feasibility and accurate implementation of marketing initiatives. Lead and develop the team of key account managers and promoters. Represent the company at conferences, trade fairs, festivals, and industry events. Requirements Proven experience in business development and marketing. Experience in the manufacturing or FMCG sector is an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong leadership and team management skills. Willingness and ability to conduct field work and market visits, when required. Valid driver’s license. Years of experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Location: Nablus, Palestine. Languages Required: Fluent in Arabic & English.
