You’ll work alongside our sales leadership group to lead the residential HVAC sales team, strengthen accountability, and turn sales opportunities into measurable results. If you know the HVAC industry, thrive on coaching, and want to make an impact at a major operation, this is your opportunity.

Responsibilities

At least 2–3 years of in-home sales experience, with demonstrated sales success.

Proven ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop sales professionals; previous sales leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, products, and replacement solutions.

Ability to analyze sales results, identify performance gaps, and implement effective action plans.

→

Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.

→

A collaborative leadership style, a competitive drive, and the ability to hold a team accountable.
