The Commercial team is a strategic growth engine for 99’s B2B vertical, ensuring that our corporate clients extract the maximum value from our mobility solutions. We work closely with decision-makers to build long-term partnerships, identify opportunities for expansion, and continuously strengthen client relationships.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and fueling the sales pipeline. You will proactively reach out to prospective clients, qualify leads, and position 99’s solutions as a key partner for corporate mobility in Brazil, ensuring a strong flow of high-quality meetings for the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline.
  • Engage decision-makers and understand client needs to position solutions effectively.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team.
  • Track pipeline activity and optimize outreach strategies for better conversion.
  • Collaborate with Sales and CS, contributing insights to improve go-to-market.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Business Development, SDR/BDR roles, or outbound sales, ideally in B2B or SaaS.
  • Strong ability to engage prospects and connect with decision-makers.
  • Track record of generating qualified pipeline and booking high-quality meetings.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze outreach performance and optimize conversion rates.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Proactive and resilient profile, with a strong hunter mentality.
  • Experience in mobility, technology, or corporate solutions is a plus.
  • Strong organization and time management skills to handle multiple prospects and activities.
