Associate Solution Consultant

• →Supporting the configuration of software solutions based on defined requirements
• →Assisting with system setup, validation and testing activitiesProducing clear and accurate documentation
• →Identifying and escalating risks, issues or gaps where appropriateWorking closely with Project Managers and Solution Consultants to achieve successful project outcomes
• →Contributing to continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing activities within the team

• Strong attention to detail and accuracyLogical and structured problem-solving skills
• Good communication and organisational abilities
• An interest in SaaS applications, technology and software delivery
• Ability to work effectively within established processes and frameworks
• Experience in customer support, software delivery, administration, business analysis, technical coordination or a similar environment would be beneficial
