You'll play a key part in helping people gain the knowledge, skills and qualifications that support safer workplaces and stronger careers. Every enquiry is an opportunity to make a difference, whether you're helping an individual choose the right course or supporting an organisation with its training needs.

This is a busy, fast-paced role where you'll often be managing multiple enquiries, priorities and deadlines at the same time. You'll need to stay organised, maintain attention to detail, and balance a great customer experience with commercial goals.
