Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Maintain, grow, and retain strong relationships while up-selling new products and services in a phone-based environment
- →Provide top notch customer service and establish rapport with key decision makers
- →Achieve monthly metric goals by driving growth with existing CARFAX dealers
- →Increase customer awareness, engagement, and retention by sharing the value proposition of CARFAX products
- →Collaborate with peers in the dealer business unit, sales, marketing, and finance to resolve issues and provide process improvements
- →Demonstrate a strong work ethic by being a highly motivated self-starter
- Customer service, relationship management and retention experience
- Exceptional communication & time management skills
- Goal oriented and results focused
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to persuade & influence others through demonstrated product knowledge
- Experience with a CRM tool (Salesforce preferred)
- Spanish speaking is a plus but not required

This posting is for an existing vacancy.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $53,700 to $67,100 CAD annually. Final base salary will be determined based on geographical location, experience, and qualifications.
