Now, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join the Sales Engage Team and help us shape the future of customer service, marketing automation, and AI solutions!
Responsibilities

Take ownership of understanding the Engagement Platform and the innovative products that we build and sell, such as customer service solutions, marketing automation tools, and conversational AI technologies. By becoming a trusted advisor to leads and prospects, you’ll create a funnel of opportunities that fuels the team’s success.
Your responsibilities include:
Market Exploration: Research and understand the domain of customer service and marketing automation to identify opportunities.
Pipeline Building: Develop leads, nurture prospects, and build a strong sales pipeline for the team.
Trusted Advisor: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and position CM.com as the solution.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to achieve shared goals in a supportive and energetic environment.
Work closely with the Sales Engage Team, a vibrant and ambitious group working to drive opportunities and close deals. You’ll have a buddy to guide you through your journey, ensuring that you learn, grow, and succeed in your role. Whether your goal is to become an Account Executive or explore other career paths, this role is designed to help you develop the skills and expertise needed to thrive.
Improve processes using AI, automation and smart tooling
Make decisions fast, test ideas, and learn from what doesn’t work
Help shape how this role will look a year from now
Success is measured by impact, not by perfect plans.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Sales, Marketing or a similar field of work
Gained some experience in a sales/business development role with a focus on B2B outbound prospecting
Worked with CRM tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in Dutch and English
