Sales Representative Driver Cum Sales (5 Positions)

Our client is seeking five motivated and results-oriented Sales Representatives - Driver Cum Sales to support the distribution and sales of food products to retailers and customers.

The successful candidates will be responsible for driving assigned TATA vehicles/Bajaj TATA, visiting customers and retail outlets, taking orders, promoting products, making deliveries where required, and achieving assigned sales targets.

This role is ideal for candidates who are confident drivers, have good customer service and selling skills, and can work independently in the field.

• →Drive assigned TATA vehicle/Bajaj TATA safely and responsibly during daily sales activities.
• →Visit retailers, shops, distributors, and other assigned customers to promote and sell company products.
• →Identify new customers and develop strong relationships with existing customers.
• →Take customer orders and ensure accurate recording of sales and orders.
• →Deliver products to customers and ensure products are handled and presented properly.
• →Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• →Promote the company’s products and communicate product information, prices, and promotions to customers.
• →Monitor product availability and identify opportunities to increase sales within assigned areas.
• →Collect payments from customers where required and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• →Follow assigned sales routes and ensure efficient coverage of customers and outlets.
• →Maintain proper records of sales, orders, deliveries, collections, and customer feedback.
• →Ensure the assigned vehicle is kept clean, properly maintained, and used responsibly.
• →Conduct basic daily vehicle checks and promptly report any mechanical or operational issues.
• →Monitor market activities, competitor products, pricing, and customer preferences.
• →Handle customer questions and complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant supervisor.
• →Work closely with the sales and distribution team to improve product availability and sales performance.
• →Comply with company policies, road safety requirements, and all applicable traffic regulations.
• →Perform other sales and field-related duties as reasonably required.

• Form Four Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Class A2 and Class C driving licence.
• Proven experience driving TATA vehicles or Bajaj TATA will be highly preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, distribution, FMCG, food products, or field-based customer service will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of local roads and ability to navigate different customer locations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to actively promote products and achieve sales targets.
• Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and spend significant time in the field.
• Physically fit and able to handle routine product loading and delivery activities where required.
• Honest, responsible, disciplined, and customer-focused.
• Willingness to work with performance-based sales targets and incentives.
