Responsibilities

  • →     Support Account Managers and/or Senior Account Managers with administrative tasks across assigned client portfolios.
  • →     Monitor shared inboxes, organize documentation, and track task completion to ensure portfolio workflows remain on schedule.
  • →     Enter and update client or property-level data in internal systems and tools.
  • →     Assist in the preparation of client reports and internal deliverables by gathering, formatting, and validating data.
  • →     Manage and track account-specific workflows such as onboarding/offboarding checklists, communication logs, and billing updates.
  • →     Participate in internal meetings to take notes, follow up on action items, and provide organizational support.
  • →     Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Billing, Synergy, Meters) to support client service delivery.
  • →     Escalate potential issues or delays to the appropriate Account Manager for resolution.
  • →     Ensure all work is completed accurately and meets internal quality standards and timelines.
  • →     Support Account Managers and/or Senior Account Managers with administrative tasks across assigned client portfolios.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Dependable and collaborative team player with a strong work ethic. Interest in learning more about client account management, with the potential to grow into more client-facing roles over time.
