This role demonstrates strong technical cooking skills, the ability to manage multiple responsibilities during service, and a high level of consistency in food quality and presentation.What you'll get to do* Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines* Execute advanced cooking techniques and independently manage assigned stations during service* Ensure timely preparation and delivery of high-quality food items during all meal periods* Assist with coordinating station workflow and supporting less experienced culinary team members* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards throughout kitchen operationsSkills and Experience* High school diploma or equivalent preferred, culinary training preferred* 2-4 years of culinary or kitchen experience preferred* Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and food preparation methods* Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices* Ability to work independently and efficiently during high-volume service periods* Strong attention to detail, organization, and food presentation standards* Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
