We provide Commissioning Management (Cx), Independent Commissioning Agent (ICA) services, TAB, and MEP Diagnostics for mega-projects across the Kingdom.
We are expanding our team and looking for a commercially driven engineering professional to lead our growth in KSA. This role focuses purely on engineering consultancy and specialized services. We need a solution-driven professional who speaks the language of engineering and knows the realities of the KSA construction market. You will act as the link between CSI Global’s technical capabilities and our clients' needs, engaging with key decision-makers at mid-to-large scale EPC contractors, PMCs, and Developers. Your main goal is to understand their project challenges and position our ICA and Cx Management services as the right solution for high-performance buildings, mission-critical facilities, and energy optimization.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Identify, qualify, and secure service contracts for Commissioning, TAB, and MEP consultancy in KSA.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and technical leads at PMCs, Consultants, and EPCs.
- Clearly communicate the value of CSI’s engineering services, specifically highlighting our ICA and Cx Management capabilities.
- Analyze client requirements and project specs to design tailored engineering service solutions.
- Work closely with the Tendering and Technical departments to prepare accurate and competitive proposals.
- Deliver executive-level presentations to clients, explaining complex engineering concepts and the commercial benefits of our certified services (NEBB, NETA, LEED).
- Lead commercial negotiations in line with company policies and the Authorization Matrix.
- Track market trends, upcoming mega-projects, and regulatory updates in the KSA construction sector.
- Maintain accurate pipeline reports, CRM records, and sales forecasts for management.
Requirements
~1 min read- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- GCC Experience: Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience in the GCC.
- KSA Experience: Minimum 5 years of solid, on-the-ground experience in the KSA market.
- Industry Background: Proven experience in engineering service business development, technical consultancy, or PMC environments.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong operational understanding of ICA (Independent Commissioning Agent) and Cx (Commissioning) methodologies.
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate complex MEP and commissioning processes into clear commercial solutions. Strong grasp of KSA tendering processes and contracting norms.
- Language: Native Arabic speaker with professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Other: Valid KSA driving license and readiness to travel across the Kingdom.
