  • Lead and develop the sales function and the sales team people in the company- ensuring strong performance, clear priorities, and a results-driven culture

  • Define and execute the company's sales and commercial strategy in line with business objectives

  • Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities across market

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the food production, bakery, and HoReCa sectors

  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to proactively adjust strategy

  • Set, track, and deliver on KPIs

  • Oversee pricing strategy aligned with market conditions and company positioning

  • Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, warehouse, R&D) to ensure high customer satisfaction

  • Forecast sales performance, prepare reports and ensure predictable pipeline visibility

  • Support for the company's CEO and representation of the company on the Baltic management team and Board

  • Higher education in business, sales, marketing, food technology or related fields

  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar position (experience in FMCG or food ingredients sector is a strong advantage).

  • Proven ability to lead and develop people, manage performance and motivate a team

  • Strong commercial mindset: initiative, analytical thinking and drive for results

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills

  • Data-driven approach with the ability to translate insights into actions

  • Fluency in Latvian and strong English proficiency for effective communication with colleagues across the Baltics, as well as international partners and customers

  • Ability to work independently, propose solutions, and take ownership

  • Willingness to travel around the country to meet with clients and help sales team members

  • B category driver’s license
