The role demands a dynamic, well-connected professional with a strong personal brand, visible online presence, and an existing network of corporate and development clients. The successful candidate will combine sales excellence, thought leadership, and operational discipline to position the company as the preferred HR partner in the market. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Growth & Sales • Drive revenue growth across HR solutions, including recruitment, outsourcing, and payroll management. • Leverage personal networks, reputation, and online influence to attract and convert high-value clients. • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent business generation. • Prepare proposals, deliver pitches, and negotiate contracts with key decision-makers in corporate and NGO sectors. • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and profitability targets. 2. Personal Branding & Market Influence • Represent the company as a trusted HR authority in the market. • Actively engage on professional platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, or industry forums) to promote HR insights, company services, and success stories. • Build and maintain a strong online following to increase brand awareness and client engagement. • Collaborate with marketing to create thought leadership content, case studies, and event participation that strengthen visibility. 3. Client Relationship Management • Maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate and development partners. • Provide strategic HR solutions aligned with client needs and market trends. • Ensure a superior client experience through proactive service and communication. • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and client retention initiatives. 4. Market Development & Partnerships • Identify emerging market trends and align company offerings accordingly. • Expand the company’s footprint through strategic partnerships and collaborations. • Represent the brand at HR conferences, business summits, and community events. • Provide market feedback and competitor insights for strategic decision-making. 5. Leadership & Team Collaboration • Coordinate with recruitment, payroll, and service delivery teams for timely project execution. • Mentor and motivate junior staff to achieve individual and team goals. • Promote a performance-driven, client-focused culture across the organization. Requirements Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field. • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management within HR solutions, outsourcing, or consulting. • Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts. • Must have: - Strong professional networks and active clientele base. - Established personal brand with visible social media following or recognition in the HR/business ecosystem. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. • Confident, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
