About the Role
~1 min readEliseAI is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to help drive growth by shaping the strategy, systems, and processes that power our go-to-market organization. In this role, you’ll lead high-impact strategic and operational initiatives, driving improvements across systems, forecasting, pipeline management, territory design, analytics, processes, and other key revenue operations projects. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution.

Requirements
~1 min read4+ years of Revenue Operations or related Operations role at a fast-growth venture-backed SaaS startup
Strong understanding of Rev Ops best practices
Highly analytical (SQL knowledge is a plus)
Hands-on experience managing a modern SaaS tech stack (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Gong/Attention, Ironclad, Clay, Clari/BoostUp, Apollo/ZoomInfo, Outreach/Salesloft, Chili Piper/Default, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
Proven experience partnering with Sales teams and presenting insights and recommendations to C-suite executives
Experience leveraging AI tools and automation
2+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or private equity a plus
Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
