Pflegewegweiser Shop is a startup inside that scale up. We're building an e-commerce business from zero. That means no legacy processes to inherit, no 40-slide alignment decks, and no waiting three quarters to see your recommendation implemented. You build it, you own it, you watch it work. If the reason you're reading job descriptions is that you're tired of advising and ready to operate — keep going.

This is a builder's role with a real P&L attached. You won't be handed a playbook; you'll write it.

• Sharp analytical horsepower — you're fluent in large datasets and spreadsheets and can go from raw data to a defensible recommendation fast.

• A structured, first-principles way of working and the drive to take full ownership from day one.

• Comfort in ambiguity — you'd rather build the process than be handed one.

• Genuine appetite for negotiation and relationship-building; you like closing deals, not just modeling them.

• German and English (other languages a plus).

• Experience in purchasing, supply chain, or a comparable e-commerce role.

• Familiarity with Swiss healthcare and import regulations (KVG, MiGeL, customs).

• A consulting or strategy background you're now itching to put into operating reality.
