Terminals Sales Advisor.Sales retail

Maintain the retail goals by exceeding the customer expectation achieve the sales quota; adhere to the policies and procedure parallel with company values & strategy.

Achieving his/her individual Sales monthly target, net sales 100% (Quantitative). Ensure high level of quality and accuracy in the daily work. Furnish & enhance after selling service & provide total customer satisfaction. Handling customer inquiries and complaints. Solving problems and escalating the issues to management when appropriate. Educate the customer with Etisalat products and services. Promote handsets, accessories, gaming, home appliances and fintech products. Up sell Etisalat products & services to the customers. Recommend products and services improvement. Ensure compliance to policies & procedures. Positive and effective involvement in implementing the handsets and fintech department plan. Giving Effective feedback based on customer feedback to be raised to concerned teams.

Knowledge: Knowledge of the organization, external knowledge about terminals and fintech markets. Education: ▪ University Degree Language Proficiency: ▪ Good in English (Reading, Writing & Oral). Problem Solving: ▪ Handling customer, analyse & identify the issue to be solved ▪ Skill or knowledge to perform simple and routine tasks mostly independently, but would require guidance and supervision in some cases.
