The Position: In-home sales demonstration and presentation of our roofing, windows, and siding products. Responsibilities Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs for remodeling and siding projects. Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective account management. Perform product demonstrations and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Manage territory effectively, leveraging outside sales strategies to drive business development. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote services and generate leads. Requirements Positive energy, professional, enthusiasm, and a big picture attitude. Persuasive, self disciplined, and honest. Must be flexible to work weekends.
