About the Role

If you’re driven to build a long-term career in sales, this role is a step in the right direction. This is an opportunity to build a strong career foundation through training, mentorship, and direct exposure to experienced, high-performing representatives.
This is not a “smile and dial” environment. We are looking for thoughtful, research-driven representatives who understand that great sales is about preparation, curiosity, and trust with your Account Executive. Success here comes from understanding your prospects deeply, tailoring your approach, and building genuine relationships.

You’re intrinsically motivated to exceed goals, with proven ability to meet or exceed activity and pipeline targets in a quota-driven environment.

You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and an exceptional communicator who can simplify complex ideas with confidence. You excel in fast-paced, customer-facing environments and are comfortable using productivity tools and spreadsheets to stay sharp and efficient.
Comfortable with cold calling, objection handling, and navigating challenging conversations.
Nice to Have
~1 min read1+ years of BDR, SDR, Account Management, or Account Executive experience - including prospect research, multi-threading accounts, and qualifying leads.
Accounting industry knowledge, including but not limited to assurance and advisory services, ideally with exposure to cybersecurity or regulatory standards.
