Are you a self-starter who wants to control your own income?

Fish Window Cleaning is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial client base in the Las Vegas area. This is a territory-building role — you'll be out in the field, meeting business owners and property managers face to face, writing estimates on the spot, and closing your own accounts.

What the job actually looks like:

Monday–Friday, daytime hours only — no nights, no weekends
You set your own daily route and manage your own pipeline
Most of your sales will come from consistent follow-up, not one-call closes
Uniforms and training provided

What you'll earn:

Base salary plus commission
Reps who follow our system consistently earn $35,000–$45,000. Your results will depend on your activity
Income grows directly with the accounts you build and keep

What we're looking for:

Comfortable talking to strangers and asking for the business
Organized enough to follow up consistently — this is where the money is made
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Sales experience is a plus, but coachable and persistent matters more
