About the Role

~1 min read

As our Regulatory Partnership Manager, you’ll lead how we partner with stores to strengthen regulatory outcomes across our network.

You’ll lead a team of Regulatory Partners to ensure risks are identified early, managed consistently, and escalated appropriately, while building systems, processes, and assurance mechanisms that lift performance across the co-operative.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape how regulatory insight, assurance, and coaching come together to support store success — while keeping accountability with stores for delivery and remediation.

  • Acting as an escalation point for complex regulatory issues and incidents across the network
  • Managing store portfolios to ensure risk-based focus and sustainable workloads
  • Owning and enhancing the Mystery Shopper Programme to drive regulatory insights and action
