Forty2 LLC is seeking an enthusiastic, polished, and results driven Leasing Professional to join our boutique property management team. As a Leasing Professional, you will be a key ambassador for the community and often the first point of contact for prospective residents. You'll support leasing, marketing, and resident-service activities while helping create a seamless, welcoming experience from the first inquiry through move-in and beyond.

• →Welcome prospective residents and deliver engaging, informative property tours.
• → Present available apartment homes with confidence, clearly communicating features, amenities, and community benefits.
• →Respond promptly and professionally to leasing inquiries by phone, email, online platforms, and in person.
• →Follow up consistently with prospective residents and guide applicants through the application, screening, documentation, and move-in process.
• →Prepare lease agreements and related documents accurately and in accordance with company policies and applicable legal requirements.
• → Deliver responsive, thoughtful customer service to both prospective and current residents.
• →Address resident questions, concerns, and maintenance requests with professionalism, urgency, and follow-through.
• → Build positive resident relationships that support satisfaction, renewals, and retention.
• →Maintain complete and accurate records for prospect traffic, leasing activity, applications, and resident interactions.
• →Assist with rent collections and communicate community policies clearly and professionally.
• →Support marketing and outreach efforts, including social media, online listings, local outreach, and resident events.
• →Review online advertising regularly to help ensure listings remain accurate, current, and compelling.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service; property management or real estate experience is a plus.
• A warm, confident communication style and a natural ability to connect with people.
• Strong organization, follow-through, attention to detail, and comfort managing multiple priorities.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to customer service and resident relations.
• Proficiency with property management software and standard office technology, or the ability to learn quickly.
• A polished, professional demeanor and commitment to representing Forty2 with integrity.
