Responsibilities

→Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and scheduling.
→Ensure excellent guest service and resolve complaints efficiently.
→Support training, coaching, and development of service staff.
→Monitor operational standards, including hygiene, safety, and service quality.
→Assist with budgeting, inventory control, and cost management.
→Collaborate with the F&B Outlet Manager on events, promotions, and operational improvements.
→Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Restaurant General Manager or Assistant Director of F&B.
