- Ability to hold technical conversations with CTOs, Data Science leads, and L&D heads
- Proven track record of closing six-figure deals
- Comfortable with low-base/high-commission structures (you eat what you kill)
Nice to Have

- Experience selling to Finance, Sales, HR, or Tech functions
- Basic understanding of AI/GenAI concepts (we’ll train you on the rest)
