Job description
Generator Supercenter — the #1 Generac dealer in North America with 100+ franchise locations and over 15,000 generator installations — is hiring Inside Sales Representatives. This is a phone-based role: you'll connect with homeowners, build rapport, and schedule appointments for our outside sales team. 

Base pay starts at $13/hour.  But solid Reps book 2–3 appointments a day that close — that's $40–$60/day in commission on top of base
— Average $18–$22+/Hour - No cold doors. No travel. Just you, a headset, and the drive to earn.

What we're offering:
  • Flexible shifts: 8am–5pm OR 9am–6pm
  • Weekend availability required when needed

Who we're looking for: You don't need a generator background. You need hustle, a good phone presence, and the hunger to hit your numbers. We love candidates from hospitality, retail, door-to-door, and appointment-setting backgrounds.

Main job tasks and responsibilities:
  • Call Center Scheduling with proper phone etiquette and tending to high volume of calls.
  • Developing new sales opportunities using outbound lists from various CRM systems, emails, and lead follow-ups.
  • Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities.
  • Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns, and providing additional information via calls and emails.
  • Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services.
  • Maintaining and improving the database of prospects and researching for new leads.
  • Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offer
  • Excellent customer service skills and computer literacy skills. 
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word. 
  • Monday – Friday, Hours are from 8-5 or 9-6. Occasional Saturdays as needed.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
  • Competitive Pay:  Hourly + Commission with availability for growth.
