About the role
We’re searching for an Account Manager to build trusted client partnerships and translate marketing challenges into strategic, actionable solutions. This role plays a key part in our Client Services team, responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, guiding cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, and driving collaboration that ensures every engagement delivers measurable value and impact. 

You will serve as the primary point of contact between the client and our internal teams, ensuring the successful execution of best-in-class digital strategies. This role requires a strong sense of ownership, commercial awareness, and a results-driven mindset focused on driving growth — for both our clients and Gravity Global.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and bring proven experience managing B2B accounts and our Finance clients' accounts with confidence and clarity.
