At GreenFlux, we are building smart electric vehicle charging solutions that support the transition to cleaner mobility. Our cloud-based platform helps Charge Point Operators and e-Mobility Service Providers manage EV charging infrastructure, roaming and transactions at scale.
As our HR Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in keeping our HR processes running smoothly. You will support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while also contributing to payroll administration, HR systems, employee questions and process improvements.
GreenFlux is growing and our HR operations need to stay reliable, scalable and employee-friendly. We are looking for someone who enjoys the operational side of HR, has a sharp eye for detail and likes making processes clear, accurate and efficient.
You will be part of a small HR team where your work has a direct impact on employees, managers and the wider organisation.
Responsibilities

Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes, leave administration and offboarding

Prepare and manage HR documents such as contracts, addendums and employment letters
- →
Support monthly payroll input and administration, including employee changes, benefits and expense-related topics

Keep employee data accurate and up to date in our HR and payroll systems

Act as a first point of contact for employee questions about HR processes, policies and benefits

Support with HR reporting, audits and administrative checks

Work closely with the HR team on process improvements, employee experience and compliance-related topics

Help ensure our HR ways of working are clear, consistent and scalable
You have at least 2 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration or a similar HR role
You have experience working in HR in the Netherlands
You are comfortable working with HR and payroll systems
Experience with NMBRS, HiBob and/or Deel is a strong plus
You are accurate, structured and reliable with confidential information
You enjoy supporting employees and managers in a practical, service-minded way
You are fluent in English
Dutch language skills are not required, but would be a plus
You like improving processes and making HR operations more efficient
