Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt ein*n Key Account Manager*in (m/w/d) für das Gebiet: Südwest Berlin, Treuenbrietzen, Cottbus, Elsterwerda

  • Umsatz- und Ergebnisverantwortung für die betreuten Produkte im Gebiet

  • Verkauf durch patientenorientierte, medizinisch-wissenschaftliche Beratung zum angemessenen Einsatz von Produkten im Atemwegsbereich innerhalb der zugelassenen Indikationen

  • Bedarfsorientiertes Key Account-/Gebietsmanagement unter Berücksichtigung interner Standards und Systeme sowie unter aktiver Einbeziehung bzw. Führung aller relevanten internen Schnittstellenpartner

  • Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen zur Fortbildung von Ärzten, Pflege- oder Praxispersonal inkl. eigener Tätigkeit als Referent oder Moderator vor Kundengruppen

  • Unterstützung der Vernetzung von Kunden im Sinne integrierter, sektorenübergreifender Versorgung auf Basis sorgfältiger Situationsanalyse und Klärung gemeinsamer Interessen und Motive

  • Durchführung von Projektmanagement-Tätigkeiten (z.B. Betreuung von Kliniken, Qualitätszirkeln, lokalen oder regionalen Netzwerken) im vorgenannten Kontext

  • Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeit und Übernachtungen im Rahmen der Tätigkeit im Gebiet

  • Strategische, output-orientierte Denkweise bei der Planung der Regionsaktivitäten und Priorisierung, erreicht durch geschickte Arbeit in vernetzten internen und externen Strukturen

  • Bereitschaft zum und Spaß am kontinuierlichen Einsatz digitaler Medien/Kanäle sowohl in der internen Kooperation als auch vor allem ergänzend zum persönlichen Dialog im Kundenkontext (Omnichannel)

  • Ausgeprägte Lernagilität

  • Fähigkeit zur Selbstreflexion und Freude daran, seine eigenen Grenzen zu überwinden

  • Qualifikation nach §75 AMG oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Atemwege/Immunologie und/oder vergleichbarer Spezialprodukte in Praxis und Klinik

  • Erfahrung mit dem Launch neuer Produkte, idealerweise in Spezialbereichen/Klinik, sowie in der Gebietsplanung & -analyse

  • Erfahrung im Bereich Projektarbeit (Planung, Umsetzung, Monitoring, Koordination komplexer Account-Pläne)

  • Erfahrung als Referent und Moderator bei internen Meetings (bspw. cross-funktionaler Accounttisch) und externen Veranstaltungen

  • Gute Kenntnisse des Gesundheitssystems (z.B. zu Abrechnungsmodalitäten in Klinik und Praxis, Prozessabläufen im KH, Patientenpfaden und Versorgungsmodellen)

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau) unabdingbar

  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung

Germany Salary Range / Gehaltsbandbreiten Deutschland: EUR 60,075 to EUR 100,125For positions covered by collective bargaining, employment conditions and remuneration are determined by the applicable collective agreements for the chemical industry as well as internal policies.
