Position Summary
You will lead field sales activities for adult vaccines across Changhua. You will build trusted relationships with hospitals, clinics and public health partners. You will use local insight to create clear territory plans that improve patient access. We value curiosity, teamwork, integrity and measurable results. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Build and maintain trusted professional relationships with clinicians, clinic managers and public health teams across Changhua.
  • Share clear, evidence-based information and provide educational support for local health programmes.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans to meet objectives and improve patient access.
  • Use local data and customer insight to prioritise customers and identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with medical, market access and commercial colleagues to deliver local initiatives and events.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, manage territory activities and follow compliance and budget guidelines.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years’ sales or field experience in pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare settings.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin. Functional English is an advantage.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and basic data analysis to support decisions.
  • Right to work in Taiwan and willingness to travel regularly across the territory. Valid Taiwan driver’s license preferred.

Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Experience working with hospitals, clinics or public health programmes.
  • Familiarity with preventive health, vaccination programmes or infectious disease.
  • Experience presenting clinical or scientific information to healthcare professionals.
  • Existing professional network in Changhua or central Taiwan.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales or access targets.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills for territory plans and budget management.
