You'll be at the heart of our sales operation, bridging strategic vision with tactical execution to help communities thrive and families find their perfect homes.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire and coach a talented team of Sales and Leasing Agents and National Sales Specialists to exceed their potential
  • Create an energizing team culture where wins are celebrated and every member feels valued
  • Implement performance-driving strategies that keep your team motivated and focused
  • Identify and remove obstacles, clearing the path for your team's success
  • Foster collaboration and healthy competition through engaging sales leaderboards and recognition programs
  • Guide your team through complex sales scenarios with expert coaching on strategy and closing techniques
  • Ensure pipeline health and integrity through regular reviews and strategic adjustments
  • Collaborate directly with the VP of Revenue to optimize inventory strategies and deal prioritization
  • Transform pipeline challenges into conversion opportunities through tactical problem-solving
  • Leverage data-driven insights to elevate team performance and individual growth
  • Design and implement development plans that unlock each team member's potential
  • Partner with Learning and Development to create exceptional onboarding experiences
  • Maintain the highest standards of compliance and ethical sales practices
  • Serve as a crucial link between sales teams and executive leadership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure your team has everything needed to succeed
  • Provide valuable market insights that shape organizational strategy
  • 2+ years in sales leadership with proven coaching success, ideally in real estate, property management, or high-volume sales
  • Remote-savvy leader who can motivate teams across multiple regions
  • Exceptional communication, data interpretation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% to support teams across regions
  • Directly contribute to helping families find their ideal community homes
  • Develop your leadership skills in a role that blends tactical execution with strategic thinking
