We provide paid training, hands-on field coaching, experienced sales leadership, and the tools you need to succeed. We're looking for people with drive, ambition, and a willingness to learn.

• →Generate new business through door-to-door prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• →Meet with homeowners and perform roof inspections.
• →Identify storm-related damage and help homeowners navigate the insurance claims process.
• →Build customer relationships and generate referral business.
• →Manage your sales pipeline and work toward sales goals.
• →Coordinate with adjusters, customers, and production teams.

• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
• Strong work ethic and hunter mentality.
• Coachable, dependable, and comfortable talking to new people.
• Valid driver's license.
• Pickup truck required or ability to obtain one within 60 days.
• Comfortable working on roofs and at heights.
• Sales and project management experience are a plus, not requirements.

• Base pay plus commission during up to 90 days of training.
• Transition to commission-only after training.
• First-year earning potential of $150K–$200K.
• Year two and beyond: $200K+ potential.
• Top representatives earn $300K–$500K+.
