• →Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team
• →Drive results through effective sales strategies and accountability
• →Ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
• →Structure deals and oversee paperwork and compliance

• →Assist with finance operations as needed
• →Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve dealership goals

• Minimum 3+ years Automotive Sales or Finance Management experience
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Results-driven with high energy and motivation
• Knowledge of CRM systems and dealership operations
• Used car buying/appraising experience is a plus
• OEM certifications are a plus
• Flexible schedule, including weekends
• High School Diploma or GED required (College degree a plus)
