The Plot Thickens: Job Description

  • Develop and execute integrated comms strategies, aligning with client business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign management, including content creation, creative assets development, influencer partnerships and online & offline event executions.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell our service.
  • Manage the team members to deliver high-quality campaigns under tight deadlines.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in IMC, KOL Coop, event executions and promotions.
  • Strengthen cross-team communication and collaboration to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
  • Oversee the creation of professional-grade content, including social posts, video storylines, reports, and bilingual (English/Chinese) materials.
  • Drive synergy between traditional media and digital/social media strategies to amplify campaign reach.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in IMC, digital marketing, and overseas market dynamics.

The Hero’s Background: Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, PR/Advertising, Communications, Journalism or Linguistics
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in client relationship management and media relations
  • Experience in engaging regional technology-related projects
  • Superior writing and communication skills
  • Engage in assisting the Agency’s growth
  • Continually strive to understand technology
  • Demonstrate superior business communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Experience in and a passion for digital and social media communications a plus
  • An enterprising and curious mindset
  • An entrepreneurial nature, passion and can-do attitude
