- →Drive project execution end-to-end, ensuring quality delivery within agreed timelines and scope.
- →Proactively identify challenges, resolve blockers, and maintain smooth coordination across teams.
- →Ensure all deliverables align with client objectives, brand positioning, and measurable business outcomes.
- →Identify account growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic recommendations.
- →Prepare proposals, scopes, timelines, and estimates with commercial clarity and accuracy.
- →Maintain strong internal alignment by ensuring clear communication, structured feedback, and accountability across teams.
- →Contribute to client retention, account growth, and overall revenue performance through proactive account management.
