Responsibilities

  • Project management of existing wind development portfolio in Ukraine to achieve RTB stage: land management; contract management with subcontractors; equipment and services tendering; communication with all stakeholders and status reporting
  • Close collaboration with technical, legal and financial teams in day-to-day wind development activity (reporting, budgeting, contracts approval, etc.)
  • Active participation in financing structuring with International Financing Institutions for development projects
  • Active participation in asset operational model development for existing wind projects
  • Participation in existing wind assets performance improvement
  • Participation in BESS research & pilot project working group identify BESS applicability for wind projects
  • The purpose of described above responsibilities is not to limit the scope of your work but rather highlight the most important aspects of your position

Requirements

  • Experience in Renewable Energy Markets: Proven track record in business development, sales, or project development or construction management within solar, wind, hydro or other clean energy sectors (wind is preferrable)
  • Project Management and Cross-Functional Coordination: Competence in managing project pipelines, coordinating with engineering, legal, finance, and environmental teams, and driving projects from concept to execution
  • Technical and Commercial Acumen: Ability to interpret technical project documentation and financial models, assess project viability, and support investment decision-making
  • Market Research and Strategic Development Skills: Ability to analyze emerging markets, assess competitive landscapes, identify business opportunities, and develop project implementation strategies
  • Stakeholder and Partner Management: Experience working with developers, utilities, investors, government bodies (TSO, DSO, NEURC), and technology providers, ensuring strong partnerships and smooth project progress
  • Strong Understanding of Energy Regulations and Market Mechanisms: Knowledge of renewable energy policies, permitting processes, and relevant regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent Negotiation and Contract Skills: Skilled in negotiating project agreements, land lease contracts, EPC/O&M contracts, and strategic partnerships
  • Ukrainian Fluent, English Upper Intermediate (B2+) is a must
