Position: Area Sales Manager
Location: Ilo-ilo
Work Setup: Onsite, Monday Friday Morning Shift
Budget: 50,000 - 70,000 + other exciting benefits

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Insurance Area Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in Cebu. The role focuses on managing and motivating the areas sales team, driving insurance product sales, and building strong client relationships. This is a hands-on leadership position with full responsibility for achieving sales targets in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the area sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Cebu market.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching to sales agents.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance industry regulations.
  
  Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in insurance sales
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
