Lead and support New Store Openings (NSO), ensuring smooth operational setup and launch execution.
Ensure operational readiness and compliance with company standards across all branches.

Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across assigned stores.
Monitor key business metrics including labor productivity, food cost, inventory, and overall store performance.
Implement strategies to improve operational effectiveness and maximize business results.

Ensure strict compliance with food quality, kitchen operations, sanitation, and food safety standards.
Maintain consistency in BOH execution, inventory management, and operational discipline.
Conduct regular operational audits and corrective action implementation.

Lead, coach, and develop Operations Managers and Store Leaders.
Promote high-performance culture through coaching, accountability, and leadership support.
Ensure operational teams are aligned with company goals and service standards.

Work closely with HR, QA, Supply Chain, and Training teams to support operational requirements.
Coordinate staffing, training, supply availability, and quality initiatives across stores.
Ensure alignment between operational execution and business objectives.

At least 10+ years of experience in restaurant operations leadership.
Strong background in high-volume casual dining operations.
Proven experience handling both restaurant operations and New Store Openings (NSO).
Strong expertise in Back-of-House (BOH) and kitchen operations.
Knowledgeable in food safety, inventory management, and operational systems.
Strong leadership, people management, and operational execution skills.
