Sales Development Representative - Arabic & English

We’re looking for an experienced, highly driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is fluent in Arabic and English and thrives in a fast-paced B2B outbound sales environment.

This is a high-volume outbound sales role, ideal for someone who is comfortable making 100+ calls per day, confidently engaging decision-makers, handling objections, qualifying prospects, and consistently generating sales opportunities.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of professional experience, proven B2B sales experience, and strong hands-on knowledge of CRM systems.

• →Make 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective B2B customers.
• →Prospect, engage, and qualify potential customers through cold calling and outbound outreach.
• →Communicate professionally and confidently with prospects in both Arabic and English.
• →Identify decision-makers and uncover business needs, pain points, and potential sales opportunities.
• →Qualify prospects against defined criteria and book high-quality meetings for the sales team.
• →Handle objections confidently and maintain effective conversations with prospective customers.
• →Maintain accurate and detailed prospect records, activities, notes, and follow-ups within the CRM.
• →Consistently work toward individual and team KPIs, including call volume, meetings booked, qualified opportunities, and conversion rates.
• →Follow structured sales processes and continuously improve messaging and outreach based on performance.
• →Collaborate closely with Account Executives and other members of the sales team.

• Fluent Arabic speaker – required.
• Fluent professional English – required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 3+ years of overall professional experience.
• Proven B2B sales, business development, or Sales Development Representative experience.
• Demonstrated experience working in a high-volume outbound environment and the ability to consistently complete 100+ calls per day.
• Strong cold-calling, prospecting, lead generation, objection-handling, and qualification skills.
• Proven hands-on experience using CRM platforms to manage leads, activities, pipelines, and follow-ups.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners, executives, and other decision-makers.
• Highly target-driven, resilient, organized, and comfortable working against demanding KPIs.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote-working setup.
