Sales Development Representative - Arabic Speaker

We’re looking for a driven, confident, and highly communicative Arabic-speaking Sales Development Representative to join a fast-paced sales team.

This is a high-volume outbound sales role, so you should be comfortable spending a significant portion of your day on the phone, speaking with prospective customers, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings for the sales team.

You must be fluent in Arabic and English, with strong verbal communication skills in both languages. Previous B2B sales, business development, lead generation, cold calling, or appointment-setting experience is highly preferred.

• →Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers every day.
• →Engage and communicate professionally with prospects in both Arabic and English.
• →Prospect into businesses and identify relevant decision-makers and potential customers.
• →Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria.
• →Build rapport quickly and confidently handle objections over the phone.
• →Book qualified meetings and sales appointments for the wider sales team.
• →Follow up consistently with prospects across phone, email, and other outreach channels.
• →Maintain accurate prospect and activity records within the company's CRM.
• →Meet and exceed activity, meeting-booking, and other sales KPIs.
• →Collaborate closely with Account Executives and other members of the sales team to improve conversion rates.

• Fluent Arabic speaker – required.
• Fluent English – required, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls every day – essential.
• Previous experience in B2B sales, Sales Development, Business Development, cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting is strongly preferred.
• Confident speaking with business prospects and decision-makers over the phone.
• Resilient, persistent, and comfortable handling rejection and objections.
• Target-driven with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales KPIs.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and sales prospecting tools.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote-working environment.
