Responsibilities

→Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the crypto, blockchain, AI, ML, and fintech industries.
→Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and potential clients.
→Collaborate with the recruitment team to align business development strategies with company goals.
→Negotiate and close business deals that increase revenue and market presence.
→Participate in 360 recruitment activities as needed, ensuring seamless integration with business development efforts.
→Track and report on performance metrics to optimize business development activities.

Preferably based in HK for Hybrid Work - we're mostly remote but work better with a few days onsite
Proven experience in business development, in recruitment industry, able to onboard average 1-2 accounts per month (no regional restrictions), or source 5-10 new jobs per month.
Strong understanding of the crypto, blockchain, AI, and/or fintech markets.
Beyond excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
Self-motivated with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Flexibility to adapt and engage in different facets of recruitment, including 360 activities.
