→Support end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and Engineering positions across internal and client projects, working closely with senior recruiters
→Partner with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and support recruitment priorities
→Help manage multiple open positions at once, contributing to a smooth and positive candidate experience
→Support the sourcing and building of talent pipelines, developing your market mapping and networking skills over time
→Get hands-on exposure recruiting across a range of technologies like Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, Data, AI, Cyber Security and ERP with guidance from the team
→Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and other sourcing tools to help identify qualified candidates (training provided)

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field

Up to 1 year of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
Solid organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies, hiring managers and deadlines
Genuine interest in recruitment and people-focused work
Analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven recruitment
Fluency in both Greek and English

Experience supporting Outsourced Recruitment, Staff Augmentation or Managed Services projects
