As part of our Creator Solutions team, impact.com’s in-house performance creator experts, you’ll drive growth and engagement across a portfolio of client creator and affiliate programs. You’ll partner closely with brands across industries like fashion, food, parenting, and tech to design and scale performance-led creator strategies that deliver real results. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and client partnership in a fast-moving creator landscape.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Lead and manage the client relationship across a portfolio of accounts, from strategy and planning through to launch, optimisation, and reporting.
- →Analyse campaign performance and manage reporting, translating data into clear insights and strategic recommendations to optimise programs and support client growth.
- →Develop breakthrough data-driven creator strategies, including campaign proposals, pricing recommendations, budget allocation, creator selection, and content formats that drive measurable performance.
- →Partner with clients as a trusted advisor, translating performance data into actionable insights, optimisation plans, and opportunities for program growth and expansion.
- →Proactively cultivate client relationships by building trust both within and outside of work settings, including hosting client strategy meetings, dinners, and activities that strengthen long-term partnerships.
- →Become an expert on impact.com and assist top clients with best practices and strategies utilizing the platform. This includes building strong relationships with Customer Success team members
- →Strongly collaborate with Sales as a subject matter expert on RFPs and pitches, helping shape compelling creator marketing strategies for prospective and existing clients. Primarily focusing on cutting-edge full-funnel strategies.
- →Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Community teams to align creator strategies with broader business goals, while managing budgets and timelines effectively.
- →Team Supervision & Client Handoff: Supervise Sr Associates and Leads activities, ensuring consistent operational excellence.
- Completion of your free Getting Started with Influencer Partnerships Certification on PXA is advantageous
- 6+ years of experience leading strategy and execution within creator marketing, affiliate marketing, or community-led programs.
- Strong experience in a client-facing, consultative role, with confidence shaping strategy, influencing decisions, and driving account growth.
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse performance metrics and turn insights into clear recommendations and scalable strategies.
- Deep knowledge of the creator ecosystem across major social platforms, trends, and verticals such as fashion, CPG, parenting, wellness, or tech.
- Experience building and pitching strategic proposals and campaign plans to senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach, comfortable managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage creators, talent managers, and senior clients.
- Completion of the Getting Started with Influencer Partnerships Certification on PXA.
