🕒 Working Days: 6 days/week, rotational weekeoffs
Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Telecalling Intern to join the Business Development team at Instawork. In this role, you will connect with local businesses, introduce them to Instawork’s platform, and support them through the onboarding journey.

If you enjoy speaking with people, are confident on calls, and want to build a strong foundation in sales, business development, and partnerships, this opportunity is a great starting point.

Responsibilities

  • Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective business leads
  • Introduce Instawork’s platform and explain its value proposition to business owners and decision-makers
  • Guide potential partners through the onboarding process and help them get started on the platform
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups in CRM systems
  • Achieve daily and weekly calling targets while maintaining quality interactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to hand over qualified leads for further engagement
  • Share market feedback, lead quality insights, and common objections to improve outreach strategies

Requirements

Earn upto ₹50,000 per month.

💰 Base Stipend: ₹25,000 per month
🎯 Performance Incentives: Up to ₹25,000 per month based on target achievement
