Closely work with Key Account Team
Ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels
Engaging with customers via telephone, email and online meetings
Representing the company successfully by establishing strong communication with his/her customers
Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Follow up the voice of customers and the payment market closely
Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction
Create a business plan for the sectors for which it is responsible and quickly pass on actions
To develop effective communication with business partners and to gain projects with business development activities
Efficiently managing all customer related processes using internal and external elements
Providing the necessary contribution for the measurement and improvement of the key account satisfaction and the image of the establishment
Providing the communication network coordination between the customer and the company
Graduating from relevant departments of universities
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
Have the desire to win bigger projects,
Broad networking that can transform into effective business connections
Payment knowledge is a strong asset
Knowing technology concepts well, developing customer needs and positioning the right products and solutions and company information on sectors that are responsible are at the top level
An offer, contract, etc. with basic contractual and legal knowledge
Customer-focused, strong communication, business tactics, and planning competence
Tend to teamwork, able to cope with stress
Diction is smooth, written and verbal communication is strong
